    This is the best Italian restaurant in Orange County! My husband and I shared the orecchiette with brisket in a Barolo wine sauce. The pasta was cooked to perfection! So delicious. For the entree I had the special Chilean sea bass . Cooked perfectly with potatoes and spinach. My husband had the pappardelle with oxtail ragu. About of pasta but it was delicious! Service from Gianfranco and Alessio could not have been better!!!

    I had the best ox tail pappardelle dish that I’ve ever eaten. It was creamier than normal which made the dish extra nice.

    The whole experience was great but as usual it’s hard to find a place there that isn’t super noisy. The service is always friendly and attentive and the added bonus of being able to talk Italian with the staff is fun!

    Olivers is, pure and simple, outstanding. My wife and have been regulars here for over two years and here’s why: The food: Authentic, memorable, and incredibly delicious. Notably, our first visit here was right after our trip to Italy, and immediately recognized the similarities. We felt like we never left! The service: We know the staff by name and for good reason - they’re wonderful. They authentically Italian and that means there is a no-nonsense family warmth to the service. Always professional and very knowledgeable - you’d do well to ask them what you should order - it’ll be better than what you were thinking! Gianfranco is our go-to - request him if you can! The mood: Lively and exciting. It feels like I'm with my wife’s Italian family - loud, fun, and laughter all around their amazing food. It’s not too loud in that you cannot hear your date either. Wonderful atmosphere. Be sure to try our favorite - the pappardelle with oxtail ragu and fondue. It’s on rotation and back for the winter - order it and you won't be disappointed!
