Ometeo is bringing an elevated version of classic, comforting, & nostalgic Tex Mex cuisine to Capital One Center in Tysons, VA. Brought to you by Long Shot Hospitality, the group behind DC's hit restaurants The Salt Line and Dauphine's. Inspired by the ingredients, techniques, and heritage from West Texas down to the Gulf Coast, Ometeo's foundation is firmly rooted in Tex Mex tradition all served up in a fun and dynamic environment. The restaurant consists of multiple carefully curated dining spaces and three different bars- Main Bar, Outdoor Bar, and Cadillac Lounge Bar. Reservations are available for four distinct areas : Main Dining, Outdoor Dining, Main Bar Booths, and Cadillac Lounge. We accept Open Table reservations for groups of up to 8 people. For groups larger than 8 people, or if you have any questions about making a reservation please call the restaurant or contact us at info@ometeotexmex.com. We look forward to your visit!

Reserve your lounge seating and enjoy Ometeo's signature cocktails and a delicious Cadillac Lounge menu of our signature appeteasers, tacos, and quesadillas. Starting at 9pm we turn it up a notch with "Ometeo After Dark" featuring a live DJ 9pm to midnight. (*Cadillac Lounge 21 and over only).

    This was our 1st time eating here and the food was delicious. Our margaritas were excellent & our server took great care of us. It’s a convenient place to eat prior to a show at Capital One Hall.

    The venue is impressive in terms of decor, space and overall ambiance. The food was great, as well as the service. Definitely, will go back and perhaps at dinner time, since the menu has more variety and better options than the lunch menu.

    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. I had made a reservation for 8:45 pm for a special occasion—my wife’s birthday dinner. Unfortunately, despite having a reservation and arriving early, it took over an hour for us to be seated. This delay was extremely frustrating and left both my wife and our guests feeling unhappy on what was meant to be a memorable evening. While we appreciated the gesture of offering some champagne, it did not feel sufficient given the circumstances. Although the food was excellent, the long wait overshadowed the experience, and I feel the situation could have been handled better. I hope you can use this feedback to improve your service for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Great Tex-mex that wasn’t too heavy. Your entrees don’t come with a massive plate of beans and rice which I appreciated. The pescado tacos were perfectly seasoned.

    The room we sat, which was right by the kitchen was extremely loud, no buffer on the sound. I could not hear my husband across the table. We had to scream and hear everyone else scream.

    Hi Sholeh- sorry about that and feedback heard- pun intended;) We do understand that on a Friday at 7pm that dining room can get pretty lively, but as we discussed on your way out we definitely do also have a good number of cozy booths and corners that are quiet and so I did add the note to your reservation profile to make sure in future visits we always get you seated in one of those quiet spots.     Service was really great! The food was really well prepared and presentation was great! The noise level is above average, and the tables for 2 will have you sitting further apart (just a heads up). The only thing that could have been better was one key part to Tex-Mex, and that’s actually the rice. The rice wasn’t bad, but also wasn’t Tex-Mex! Overall great experience!
