We are a team of young and inspired professionals taking down the walls between kitchen and guests and taking you on a culinary adventure. Immerse yourself in a progressive tasting menu focusing on the simple, yet luxurious, ingredients around the world with deep inspiration from Japanese cuisine.

We challenge the seasons, navigate beyond the limits of time and break with tradition— getting playful with process and tricky with techniques at the intersection of place and possibility.

At Ômo we offer a unique and exclusive experience to only 16 guest at a time. The journey starts in the living room with a welcome drink and snacks, then you are transported into the main counter overlooking the kitchen where you will enjoy all the savory bites in an interactive environment. At the end, you will transition to the pastry parlor to continue your experience with sweet bites and after dinner drinks.

Watch our chefs and service team glide around as you indulge in our finest ingredients and luxuries. ÔMO by Jônt offers three different menus with three different price points in which you can further elect for enhancements to truly create a dining experience that is right for you and your guests. You can choose between The Excursion, The Journey or The Jaunt. We kindly request that each guest in their respective party agree on the same menu tier.

    Very good meal. The food was very rich - almost overly rich to my taste, but overall excellent. The space was very nice and well laid out. I enjoyed the multiple areas - snacks in the front room, savory main courses at the chefs table, then desserts in the pastry room. The decor was very nice. I found the music unpleasant and too loud, and when asking was told that “is the music the chef prefers to cook to” and apparently is the only style of music he allows to be played. It’s sort of modern house/rap/party music that I personally found out of place in a fine dining restaurant. Perhaps that is just me but I find other venues more relaxing.

    I loved every moment of this experience! I say experience because that’s what it is. You aren’t simply seated at a table. The decor was beautiful. The presentation was beautiful. The music was the perfect juxtaposition. It made the experience feel less uptight and more approachable. I was equally full of food and sorrow after the final bite.

    Our reviews had over 56 million views in the last 12 months on Google Map. We do not get paid we just love to eat and have fun. We really love Omo by Jont. Great food, fixed menu of 12-15 courses. 3 price points $145, $195 or $395 per person plus tip and drinks. Worth it. Owner has 2 other Michelin Star restaurants and most likely this one and the one in Palm Beach will soon have a star or two. We will not go over all the courses because they constantly change. You move through 3 rooms which is fun and you get to watch the preparation from your counter. If you have more than 3 people be sure to ask for a corner seat on the counter or it is hard to talk. If you love high end food that normally you only get in NYC or Palm Beach, this is the place for you. Foodie's Rejoice!!!!!! Check out all of our reviews. If we do not like it we do no review it so all of the ones you see are places that are fantastic. Follow us if you like. We had over 56 million views in the last 12 months and we thank you for that.     Amazing food and amazing atmosphere. Service is impeccable and the attention to detail is out of this world. There’s a reason they made the Michelin guide.

    What a phenomenal experience. I took my husband for his birthday, and we were both blown away with the food and service. We are already talking about coming back the next time we visit Orlando.

    The food and staff were amazing including Chef Ryan’s music playlist! I recommend doing the wine and sake pairing. This was an excellent experience for my wife and I.

    The FOH and BOH were so welcoming and friendly. The vibes were immaculate, and it was easily the best experience of my life. They made sure to treat me well since it was my first fine-dining experience, as well as my birthday, they even gave me a toy for my cat🫶 You guys really set the bar high, I had an amazing time at Ômo!
