On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina in Rapid City, South Dakota, is a casual spot where patrons can enjoy hearty portions of the sizzling flavors of Texas and Mexico. On the Border is a great spot for friends and family to enjoy cuisine with a spicy kick, or for co-workers to gather for happy hour. The menu features favorites such a quesadillas, fajitas, burritos and more.Chefs prepare mesquite-grilled meat, fresh ingredients, hand-pressed tortillas and sauces made in small batches daily to make sure guests get the best Tex-Mex experience. Guests can enjoy endless enchiladas on Mondays, taco specials on Tuesdays and fajita deals on Wednesdays. This location is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays. On the Border is also known for specialty margaritas and guacamole prepared tableside.
