   Quality of food is fantastic. Flavours are rich but authentic for the cuisine. Although it is always fully booked the speed of service was very good. We will be back!

   We had the most amazing meal, the vodka pasta was incredible and we took a tiramisu home with us and enjoyed it sooo much.

   The carbonara bacon was the worst I’ve ever experienced.! chewy and gristly. Other than that everything else we had was delicious and tasty.

   The fresh pasta and focaccia is delicious. Good wines to have a range but not too many which is nice. The whole menu is very minimal which is lovely (and I appreciate). The only thing I noticed was how quickly they were tipping tables, myself and my boyfriend are slow eaters, and we felt like we were being checked in on to get us to finished so they could tip the table. They also brought the bill before we asked, not that this is an issue, it’s definitely more of a lunch spot as you’ll be in and out in an hour or so, the food comes super quick, which again is not an issue!

   Service and restaurant were superb, and the food didn’t disappoint! Carbonara was the best I’ve ever had by a distance! Will be booking again the next time we’re in Manchester.

    Absolutely loved it! Incredible service & food was so good! Was worried it’d be overhyped but genuinely loved every dish. The pumpkin fritte & vodka pasta were unreal. Deffo will be returning!
