The service was very slow. Maybe the young gals serving were new and didn’t know how to clear a table before the next course is served. The Parmesan fries & Rigitoni pasta should have been more temperature hot. Food was cold overall and poor service throughout. Been there plenty times and the menu has been the same for almost 4 years. Will try something new.

Food was great, service was a little slow, but to be expected for Valentines Day. I was hoping for the picturesque seating that you see in the pictures, unfortunately the seating was in a different room, quite cramped and extremely noisy. Not great for a romantic Valentines date

The Valentine’s Day menu courses were all very bland and flavorless. The food was cold and unenjoyable. The time it took between courses was extensively long. Neither my date nor I enjoyed a single course out of the three. For the price it was very disappointing especially for a special occasion. Would not recommend.

Absolutely delicious food. We had friends from Vegas who are foodies & were extremely impressed. All plates were delicious (salmon, Nashville hot chicken sandwhich, short rib flatbread, half chicken, truffle fries, and the cauliflower!). All the staff was extremely friendly & were attentive!

We were celebrating a birthday and it was great. All guests love their food. Service was excellent. Waiter was attentive and friendly. He made sure to keep up with our appetizers, drinks, and food orders. Overall an amazing experience.

Restaurant week menu was awesome! Cornbread muffins, spinach & artichoke dip, ummmmmazing steak with chimmichurri, and a light and delicious goat cheese cheese cake. 10/10

Food and service by our waitress was great. We went during Restaurant Week and it was crazy loud. So loud my ears were ringing afterward. I won’t go back bc of the noise level. Too bad bc the food was great. The host was lame- she didn’t acknowledge us for a long time then proceeds to say: we’re observing a strict 1.5 hour dining time. Not exactly a good first impression. Of course then there’s a 15 minute wait before we even get to order so I started to get stressed.

Visited during sd restaurant week - set menu with a hold amount of options. Pros: - variety of options - food was generally good Cons - some orders were incorrect - some dishes were colder than they should have been - barely saw our server, which led to having to flag any server walking by

Food was really good. Was there during restaurant week so enjoy the prefixe menu. Were very busy. Food was really solid. S'mores dessert was a nice treat with added wood chips to give an authentic campfire smell vs Sterno at other restaurants.

My family celebrated a birthday at One North on Friday night. We were seated in the farthest back room. While it was quieter than the rest of the restaurant, the room could use some TLC. While I food was tasty, all of it was served lukewarm. It seems it wasn’t served promptly when finished. The restaurant was busy. You need more help.
