With a focus on genuine and approachable service, we look to connect family, friends and colleagues through an authentic food and beverage experience. At ONe eighteen we are proud to celebrate the history of our region, showcase our place in downtown Midland and reinforce our commitment to the well-being and growth of our community! We offer two private rooms with seating up to 28 guests. Events held in our private dining rooms include a dedicated event planner, access to basic audio visual and group dining menus.

We reserved the room off from the wine area for a holiday party and we enjoyed it very much. It was a great experience; from the service to the food and the atmosphere was perfect for conversation. We would choose OneEighteen every time.

I have been very impressed with the plant based options the last few times I have gone. The cauliflower steak with the mashed potatoes and gravy and garlic green beans were spectacular. My only complaint it’s it’s hard to pay $24 for a few vegetables. I just wonder if those prices are a bit inflated. $17-$19 seems a bit more reasonable.

I never know how to answer that noise question! Does the extreme right hand side mean it’s too noisy? Does it mean it was excellent?! I don’t really know how I am to answer it. Ethan was our server and he was excellent! He is attentive, professional, friendly, and accommodating! Bravo!

Beautiful decor & tasty dishes however, service was a slow and all the staff looked unhappy. Server did her job but had minimal interaction with us and did not tell us about the offerings (like the Bloody Mary/Mimosa bar). As first-time customers, it would have been nice to have been welcomed and briefed a bit more. We will probably come back sometime for dinner but will likely pass on brunch in the future.

Everything was fine except the slow service. I understand it was busy, but it shouldn’t have taken so long to bring our beverages. Food was excellent!

Our server was excellent. Unfortunately, I had to send back my burger twice. I had asked for med well. It was rare . Finally, they cooked a new burger. By that time, everyone was done eating. Very disappointed with kitchen.

The cuisine at One Eighteen is a symphony of flavors; each dish more exquisite than the last. We look forward to the menu change over just to see what new hits the chef has come up with. The cocktails are a masterful blend of art and alchemy. Ethan, our waiter last night, not only demonstrates impeccable timing but is a true maestro of hospitality. Alas, we did not have the opportunity to discuss the true nature of strawberries with him. Perhaps next time?
