135 Prime's famous signature seafood offering. Roasted Chilean sea bass served on jasmine Rumi saffron sweet pepper rice topped with sauteed fresh jumbo shrimp, blue crab meat, and citrus beurre blanc.
PECAN CRUSTED CHILEAN SEA BASS
Chilean Sea Bass pan seared and coated in a shallot aioli and crusted with Texas pecans, then set on a bed of Parmigiano Reggiano risotto.

Easy to make and change reservations through Open Table. Seated promptly. Waiter was there to take our drink orders and explain the evening's dinner specials. He provided menus and returned shortly with our drinks. Shortly after giving him our order, he brought our soup and salad. My wife had the gnocchi and I had the filet mignon. Both dishes were excellent! As we finished our dinner, he brought a dessert menu, but reminded us of the anniversary special, creme brulee. We opted for the creme brulee. It was outstanding. My husband and I are from out of town and wanted to celebrate our tenth anniversary together. He got the Steak & Seafood and found it delicious and cooked perfectly. I got the chicken roulade and found it lacking. No flavor, very dry, and overall left a bad taste in my mouth - I looked at the menu months ago and we were there because I wanted this particular dish. Ick. Anyway, they get three stars for food instead of two because the Sticky Bun with candied bacon maple caramel was a burst of OMG in my mouth. Top notch! The cheese tray was mediocre and typical - was hoping for a little more pazazz for that price. I can get all those cheeses, meats and crackers from Aldi - which is where they probably got them from and slapped $25 on it. Again, we went there with this in mind for our appetizer. Overall, the staff were wonderful and attentive, the atmosphere was quiet and romantic. We dressed fancy, but others dressed down and it wasn’t a big deal - and it wasn’t crowded at all where you couldn’t hear your date talk at a normal level. One and done for us though.請問這對你有幫助嗎?
