UCSB Graduation 2025: Welcome graduates, families, and friends! We know you are here to celebrate, and we are here to help you have a great celebration, as we have been doing for 24 years now. Our kitchen excels in preparing wonderful meals in a timely fashion that keeps us on schedule so that we may take our next reservations at their scheduled time, but so that you have an relaxed and unhurried time dining with us, due to the well-honed skills of our service staff and managers. For parties of 7 or more, the menu we're serving is a 3 course Prix Fixe Grad Menu, w/2 price tiers, $59 or $69pp, not including tax, beverages, or gratuity. Guests need not choose their menu in advance, they may choose either menu at the table. This menu encompasses a wide range of tastes, and there is truly something for everyone. We have 3 seatings, each allowing a 2 hour stay. 1st seating: 1230-230pm, 1-3om, or 130-330pm 2nd seating: 4-6pm, 430-630pm, or 5-7pm 3nd seating: 615-815pm, 645-845pm, or 715-915pm For parties of 13+ or if unable to book online, call 805-966-9676 to check availability. Really nice waiter and excellent food, especially the seafood paella. Pleasant environment which was a bit noisy due to a full house. The menu choices are extensive and varied.

No pun intended, but Opal is one of Santa Barbara's gems. It's been a long term go-to place for us when we have out of town guests and it never disappoints. The menu is fantastic, the food is superb and the service is exemplary.

Our server was knowledgeable, accommodating, and very friendly. Every food item was superb, especially the shrimp appetizer. Cocktails were served in a proper size martini glass. Friendly, locals laced atmosphere. A bit pricey but well worth it. A truly enjoyable experience.

We have enjoyed eating here many times before, prior to attending a concert. This time was quite disappointing- cocktails overfilled with ice, appetizers expensive with incredibly small portions. Service team was clearly stressed and stretched. In the past, with the additional seating outside our dining experience was much more pleasant. The restaurant manager and team were warm and friendly and it was a great experience. The vibe was off and I wonder if the loss of additional seating outside, created stress for the restaurant or if there was an increased amount of walk in patrons without reservations. We will probably go back; their food is good and I hope this was just an off night.

Really enjoyed the steak. Wasn’t a fan of the Clooney drinks thought it was very watered down taste. Would recommend a different drink.

Great menu with something for every taste. We had the duck confit ravioli as a starter, with two pasta dishes for entrees. Well priced, ample food and delicious!!
