The City View Café is located on the river side of Optus Stadium near Gate D and is accessible via a lift, if required.

Open daily from 7am to 3pm (kitchen closes at 2.30pm), unless the Stadium is being used for a major event.

Use the Transperth JourneyPlanner to plan your journey. Armadale Line trains stop at Perth Stadium Station all day Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holidays. Buses stop regularly near Matagarup Bridge, a pedestrian crossing to the Stadium.

Event Ticket Holders join us at City View Café at Optus Stadium for a relaxed pre-game dining experience before the Fremantle Dockers v Sydney Swans match on Sunday 23 March. Order from our la carte menu and soak up spectacular views of the Swan River and Perth city skyline all while you dine. Bookings are available from gates, 1.5 hours before bouncedown with the Cafe closing at 3.10pm. Terms & Conditions: Diners must hold event tickets. Bookings do not include entry to the Stadium.

Good food and great view spoiled by really poor service. We had to wait to be seated, it wasn’t at all busy the staff just couldn’t be bothered coming over. The ordering app didn’t work then they completely forgot about one of our orders. Went up to remind them but it still didn’t appear. Staff need to bring a much better attitude.

City view was beautiful. Food was ok. Atmosphere in the cafe was average, it felt a bit sterile. Upholstery of chairs had quite a stains and didn’t look too appealing. You can see there is a big turnover of people on game day. Requested something over the phone via sms in the cafe booking page, however didn’t receive any response.

Iced mocha was tasty. Beef lasagna was flavourful. Fantastic view. Great customer service. Highly recommended :)

Food was good value and my meal was excellent. The other members of my group also enjoyed their meals. QR code for ordering wasn’t great so ordered at the counter.

It was a beautiful brunch. The food was great and the atmosphere was very chill. I was surprise how affortable it was considering the place and the service. Highly recommended.

We've eaten at the cafe before, but om this occasion I was disappointed with the meal. I had fish and chips, and the fish had clearly been frozen prior to frying and the meat wasn't cooked through, with patches of pink throughout. Plus, cold and watery at one end. I didn't complain since it seemed pointless since I had chosen to eat it! The side salad was a disappointment too! the staff are friendly and helpful and view lovely. It won't be the last visit, but I won't be ordering the fish again.

Following Tour of Optus Stadium, my wife and son had lunch at the City View cafe. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the view over the surrounds, the city and, most of all, the food. I must mention MacKenzie who handled our reservation and food orders. We enjoyed our visit so much we made a booking for prior to the next Big Bash game.
