We enjoyed an outstanding Christmas dinner dining experience. There were 16 in our party. Food was excellent, having a children’s menu was greatly appreciated, and our servers, Amber and Jessica, were outstanding…fun, professional, friendly and efficient. We had a reservation at 7:15pm and waited about 40 minutes to be seated, we had to be the ones to keep asking about the wait they didn’t even bother to keep us updated without us asking.

Made reservations for my gfs bday on 12/23/24 at 430pm. Arrived on time and per note I requested to be seated outside with front view of the city. I was seated after 4 other parties that arrived after me. When seated it wasn’t in the front with the amazing view I requested for my GF. I asked if I can please move forward and was denied by the hostess and the server. After one appetizer and two drinks my girl just didn’t feel special or wasn’t feeling the restaurant anymore so we decided to leave.

Management is TOP TIER! Party of 8, had an issue with our waiter (no need to put him on blast but good grief was he unprofessional and rude), we spoke to the manager who apologized AND switched our waiter immediately - she was SO professional and gave us exceptional service. We come here for special occasions and the customer recovery was very much appreciated. Thank you Orange Hill for acknowledging our issue and providing an immediate turn around. One thing to note, the expelled waiter returned to our table and made us uncomfortable by mentioning he had the table “taken from him”…we didn’t need to here from him and not sure why he felt the need to make that statement as we were already made aware, hence why we spoke with Management. Anywho, we will continue to return - delicious food and beautiful restaurant!
