Planning an intimate gathering? Our Wine Room built with 2500 Himalayan salt brick wall, European glass globe lighting fixtures suspended above, we can accommodate up to 22 guests, offering a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere.

** Our restaurants are generally not the best environment for young children. We welcome families, but we ask parents to keep children at the table and calm vocal infants or youngsters outside of the dining room. We do not allow strollers in the dining room, however we do offer child seating in our "Lounge Area".

    The hype going into this was overrated. Apps- Make sure to get all hanger bacon warmed up just before you eat because it sits out. Popovers were awesome. Mains - Overall comparable to a Darden meal (Seasons 52 grade). Cocktails - Standard. Blue Cheese stuffed olives were a bit soggy. Desert - Fresh Cotton Candy was a delight (great idea). Service - Excellent, they run a tight ship. Bill/Check - Tad Overpriced and 3% fee for credit card usage was a total surprise (very unclassy David Burke). 3 people = $450.00

    Love the date night idea, loved the live piano music in the background. Very polite staff. Would recommend to others.

    Very disappointing experience and feel a high end restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for charging a 3% credit card fee. I did not feel I needed to bring $500+ in cash to dinner. We were asked if we wanted pop up rolls unaware we would be charged person for them I am not charged for them at Roots. Especially since they were all overcooked. We also had a cookie skillet for my daughter’s birthday that was hard thankfully there was ice cream on it to make it softer. Based on reviews I really thought this would be a better dinner.

    We got the chicken and waffles, short rib monte cristo, and cheesesteak pizza for brunch. The first two dishes were excellent, while the pizza was just okay. The prices are a little high.

    Always a pleasure to go to Orchard Park - we love having our family celebrations there whether it’s a birthday or anniversary- and offering other activities is a plus - esp Burger Night!

    We were in conversation, not paying attention to when the servers cleaned up the table for dessert took away our wine glasses that were half full not happy about that. Wish there was more options on menu. & they flame bacon too long ours had bad taste

    We enjoyed the food but the service was impeccable! Charlene was so attentive and knew what we needed. She didn’t forget anything. Charline really made our experience excellent.

    Overall, a bit of a disappointing night... The Bad: - The restaurant’s specialty is meat, but the kitchen struggled with a simple "medium well-done" order. The first attempt was incorrect and took a long time to redo, only for the second attempt to come back charred on the outside and undercooked inside. By then, I had to give up as the rest of the table had already finished eating, and the kids were getting restless. - The atmosphere felt flat and empty, though to be fair, it was a snowy evening. - Discrepancy in pricing - server brought us second bottle of sparkling water without asking and changed us for 3. Only noticed when we got home. - Ordered a single espresso but was charged for a double. When questioned, the response was simply, "We only do doubles." Not ideal. The Good: - The manager did her best to address the issue with the meat, offering alternative options. While it was too late for me to eat, she didn’t charge for my dish and even provided a complimentary dessert. - The restaurant added a nice touch with a celebratory firework for the birthday we were celebrating. - The building itself is lovely, and the ambiance is typically better than what we experienced. Overall: For a restaurant that charges $100+ per head and prides itself on being a meat specialist, the experience needs to be flawless, particularly when it comes to cooking meat properly. Unfortunately, this visit fell short.
