   The hotel is very luxurious, and this extends into the Orchid Tea Room. We were greeted at the door and shown to our table, the service throughout the meal was spotless. There was always somebody available to assist in offering more tea or sandwiches. We had the vegan and the vegetarian afternoon tea, both were amazing, all of the food was high quality, really well prepared.

   Beautiful service for my mother’s birthday treat. The food was spectacular as was the servers we had.

   Very relaxing afternoon, wonerful sandwiches, cakes and selection of teas. The Harp player was amazing and made the experience into a wonderful afternoon. Thank you.

   Had a wonderful afternoon tea for my partner's birthday. The Orchard room is lovely and peaceful. The food was excellent and we were offered more of everything. Most special was the service which was so friendly and helpful. We tried many different teas and had an additional birthday cake which was the finishing touch. Thoroughly recommend for a special occasion.

   The staff were very attentive and offered refills of teas and sandwiches Some of the bread was a little dry but there was a good selection of sandwiches and sweets

   We had a lovely afternoon tea at the Orchid Room. The staff were very attentive and looked after us well with many tea pot refills! The food was delicious with a varied selection of sandwiches and beautiful cakes. Definitely a special treat in fabulous surroundings.

    It’s one of the most beautiful setting for afternoon tea and as a family we truly felt well looked after. The staff were so lovely and the food is great. Deserves all my 5 stars and more
