    We dined at your establishment for Valentine’s Day and were aware that the special dinner package included two appetizers, entrees, and desserts. However, when making the reservation, it was not clearly communicated that the dishes would be pre-selected from a limited menu. I had expected to be able to choose from the regular menu, which left me disappointed with the limited options provided. As this was a restaurant I had been eager to try for some time, none of the choices offered aligned with what I would have selected from the regular menu. Additionally, although I had requested a different seating arrangement when making the reservation, we were seated at the bar near the front of the restaurant. I was informed that this was due to the high volume of guests, which did not align with my initial request. Overall, my experience did not meet the high expectations I had based on the positive reviews I had read. While I may consider visiting again to try the regular menu, I am uncertain given the abundance of excellent dining options in Toronto.

    Their Valentine’s days Dinner disappoints me as I had awesome experiences in the past. I’m awaiting a scheduled follow up with one of the managers to discuss about the details. However, servers were very attentive which is considered a save for me.

    Normally good but Valentine’s Day set menu was not worth it. Terrible service and small amount of food.

    We come here so often but I had a horrible experience at Oretta today! My food didnt arrive for an hour! My son even finished with his main course and dessert! And the server was so rude when i called her over no apology whatsoever!!! I had to call the manger whom apologized and said that she wood take the steak off my bill and make sure i would get it soon!!! I waited for another 30 minutes and there was no steak at which point i decided to just leave!!!!!

    Great food, great service & good value always!! My only observation is that the accessible front door doesn’t work for those with mobility issues. I have brought this to the attention of staff on numerous occasions. My reason for frequently selecting Oretta Midtown is for it’s easy accessibility & main floor washroom. With appreciation.

    Food was good. Interior is nice and clean. Wait staff was a bit slow and an unorganized. For the price, there are better spots for a business lunch.
