We ate here on a Saturday night. We were a few minutes late and they still seated us. Food was outstanding. The server we had was young and new but she did a great job. We plan to go there more often!

Oriental wok is my favorite Chinese restaurant. We drive at least 40 minutes to get there and we were celebrating my birthday with my family(minus the gong and song). We have dined there probably four times this year. The food is always excellent. Best crab rangoons and egg rolls around. However I have yet to experience the warm and kindness of the owners as I read others rave about. Today was the complete opposite. We arrived for our 530 reservation but the other two in our party were running about 25 minutes late. We told them them we would start with cocktails. The owner was insistent that we would not be seated at our table and that we could go to the bar( also at this point the restaraunt was not busy)The granddaughter told us we could sit at our table and the two of them went back and forth as to making us sit at the bar. We decided because he was so upset about it, that we would appease the owner and just go sit at the bar. Despite one person sitting at the bar, the bar tender pretty much told us all the seats were reserved (for people showing up 30 minutes later). He ultimately said we could sit there and he was nothing but kind after that. The wait staff her is always very kind and efficient. This has Definately made me rethink choosing this place to dine as each time I come here I get the same vibe of hurry up sit down, give us your money, and go.

The egg rolls and shrimp cream cheese roll are the best in the city. I eat here mostly because of those 2 things. The rest of the food is great but those 2 have me hooked.

We had a lovely dinner with lots of spicy food! Good for us! But other dishes that were tasty as well. We will go back. The service was amazing!
