Located in the heart of trendy Kensington, at 201 10st NW Calgary, Osteria De Medici has been a fixture for the city's Authentic Italian culinary offerings for decades.

Long time chefs Giovanni and Michele took over the management of the restaurant in Calgary's Kensington district, keeping the Osteria de Medici tradition and incorporating their own twist to create Osteria Chef's Table.
Our beautiful dining room features a classic Italian Style atmosphere, crisp linens and comfortable seating.
The new menu features a combination of classic Italian dishes along with daily specials created by the Chefs. Osteria Chef’s Table is dedicated to offering exceptional service and the freshest ingredients available.

Giovanni and Michele frequent city markets, local growers and farmers to bring you only the best of locally sourced ingredients.
Osteria Chef's Table is open for Lunch and Dinner and is available to host your next event.

                                                                  We had a wonderful evening celebrating our friend’s birthday and will absolutely be coming back, the food was amazing, the service was wonderful and it was actually pretty quite inside the restaurant which made it way easier to have good conversation!

                                                                  Extremely disappointing. Had always wanted to try this place and so we went for a friend's birthday. Pizza was undercooked and had to be sent back. Steak was ordered medium and came out medium rare. Didnt return it, but didnt finish it either. We weren't even offered refills on our water They discounted our meal $10. Wanted to leave without tipping but the poor server, it wasn't his fault he was by himself and was made to serve crap food. Wonder if it was an off night for them but we won't be going back to check.

                                                                  Loved this place! The service was perfect, it was nice and quiet and the food was wonderful. We shared prawns and my mom had the Vitello Osteria and I had the catch of the day - my salmon melted in my mouth. Great selection of wine. This is an authentic Italian experience in the heart of Kensington.

                                                                  We had the most lovely waiter who helped us choose a wine from their extensive wine list based on our taste and price point preferences. We were all impressed by the quality and quantity of the food for a more than reasonable price. I haven’t stopped recommending this restaurant - will definitely be back!

                                                                  Ordered the Gorgonzola Gnocchi - blew my face off it was soo good. Vibes in the restaurant are great, very charming. Best Italian restaurant I've been to in the city so far. After the gnocchi, I gotta come back to try the rest of the menu. Great date spot!

                                                                  The food and service was great! We got Bruschetta on the house. The mussels for an appetizer were very good. For dinner we had the Spaghetti and Gnocchi, both were delicious and good portions. This place seems like authentic Italian and I would highly recommend!

                                                                  took a while to get a drink order but after that drink service was great. Food was excellent. restaurant was a little too bright. some very bright flood lights dampen the ambiance. Menu is good but could use a little modernization along with interior. These are minor things. food and service were great. A couple of little touches would elevate the experience into being fantastic.
