    I can’t begin to describe how authentic and delectable the cuisine is here in this beautiful Italian restaurant. From the service staff to the chefs, I would just like to applaud everyone in this establishment. I am not kidding when our party of four people finished off our pasta plates and left absolutely nothing! I had the lasagna and the béchamel was simply exquisite. I hadn’t had a lasagna like this once since Milano in 2018! The lamb Ragu pappardelle , and the lamb tagliatelle were absolutely delicious! Our party of four also had dessert. The tiramisu, and the Panna cotta we’re both silky, sweet and luscious! All in all, it was such a wonderful dining experience, and the actual ambience of the whole restaurant is stellar!

    Love this place. We get to Ashland on average once a year. Always make this a stop. Great food. Great location. Excellent staff. Thoroughly enjoy our meals here every time

    As new Ashland residents, we've been working our way through the amazing food scene. We heard quite a bit about La Briccola and finally made a reservation. I don't know why we waited so long. By far, the most enjoyable dining experience we've had since we arrived. The cocktails were well prepared and nicely presented. The burrata and and prosciutto starter was artistic and delicious. And the salmon entree was perfectly prepared. Our server, Josh, was personable and attentive. We'll be back ... often.

    The food is amazing here. All homemade pasta, wonderful staff and amazing Chef! The flavors are like no where else in this valley. I recommend making reservations, they are very busy here. You will not be disappointed!

    Made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary, making the reservation was simple and easy, when we showed up, we were greeted right away. We didn’t wait long for the food, the waiter did a great job explaining the menu, The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing!

    Osteria la Briccola offers an exceptional dining experience that is worth every penny. The porcini mushroom ravioli with truffle butter was a highlight—rich, flavorful, and perfectly executed. My wife’s filet mignon, cooked well-done as she prefers, was still incredibly tender and melted like butter. The service was attentive and professional, and the ambience created a warm, inviting atmosphere. While the meal was on the pricier side, the quality of the food and overall experience made it a memorable evening. Highly recommended!

    Dining here for our anniversary, we decided we need to go much more often. This is probably the best Italian food either of us has ever had. We had the grilled octopus with butter beans. The octopus was cooked perfectly, not chewy at all which is a common issue. The star of the dish though was the beans, absolutely delicious. They make their own pasta and the gnocchi I had were like pillowy bites of heaven. Just incredibly, melt in your mouth delicious. The server was knowledgeable and super friendly, the staff seemed to really work well together, and everyone was attentive.
