Chefs Nick Diaz and Kiefer Manning have been hard at work renovating the historic Chicago & Great Western Railroad Depot into a cozy and inviting restaurant for you to enjoy. Our Paladar offers a locally sourced, seasonal dinner menu most evenings. You can look forward to handmade breads and pastas along with small and main plates. Patio seating is available when the season allows. The team at Our Paladar cannot wait to welcome you!

    our table for ten was perfect! we had two young boys (7) who were a bit loud but no problem with our incredibly cool, and so helpful and superb waiter, nowell. the night was a perfect, if not better, ten!

    Form the moment we walked in the door the service was warm & friendly. The drinks were prepared expertly & arrived promptly. Our server & everyone was attentive. I highly recommend the risotto!

    The staff was attentive and friendly, the food was absolutely delicious and we very much enjoyed our time in the space. We are already talking about coming back the next time we are in Rochester.

    Our server Noel was very knowledgeable and helpful. The cocktail of the day, Apple Pie, was delicious and had a heavy pour. We really liked the mushroom side dish. It was a great experience.

    We had dinner upstairs in the main room of our paladar with Nowell as our sever and he was so kind, intentional and smart! We were full but left enough room to sneak downstairs to the new area they are calling the Palmetto for drinks and dessert- Alex was out server downstairs and was super attentive and quick to help us get settled! Appetizers, sides, Amin course, drinks and dessert- all so good! Easily our favorite place to go in town!
