We are a contemporary, casual dining steakhouse restaurant beloved worldwide. Currently with 6 restaurants in NSW and 2 in Queensland, we are located at the Aspley Homemaker Center on Zillmere Road. I ordered a well done steak, it was served as medium rare, then after questioning, they served a burned one. It was extremely disappointing. Also the table didn't have cutlery and I had to wait almost 10 min for them to bring them.請問這對 你有幫助嗎？

Pretty disappointed last night waited over 40 minutes for mains then asked a employee he went and checked and was told they lost our food order then said will be another 10 minutes another 30 minutes later and no one came and asked are our meals ok when they came out they were cold請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We have been to The Steakhouse plenty of time before but last night we were very unhappy. Firstly the music was up so loud I couldn’t speak to my family at my table without yelling. Throughout the night we needed to keep calling over servers as things were missing from our meals such as sauces, share plates and our drinks. We felt uncomfortable having to continually call the server over to us to fix the problems. I would also like to comment on the lack of side dishes for the tomahawk steak. This is a share meal but only comes with one serving of each side. There was one small portion of mash to share with a few veggies. This was also very disappointing請問這對你有幫助嗎？

The beef ragout was just pasta n sauce in total 4 small pieces of meat n 3 large chunks of grizzle/ fat. The outback steak was flavourless and undercooked when returned to the kitchen the same steak was brought back well done so went from basically blue to well done and no flavour when ordered a medium rare. Excellent customer service from the moment I arrived with my wife. Our food was brought to us not long after we ordered and I was surprised at the generous portion sizes. This was 2nd time there. 1st time was great, 2nd time was not worth the money. Booked a table but still had to wait, staff run off their feet, steak was quality of an RSL steak meal. Garlic bread 1st was awesome, this time the salsa tasted like it was out of a tin. Had to ask 3 times for water and finally got it with no glasses. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Outback Steakhouse was a disappointing experience. Service was extremely poor, with drinks taking 30 minutes to arrive despite the bar staff preparing them immediately. The food was equally underwhelming. The entrée arrived cold, the mac and cheese lacked any real flavor, and the eye fillet was not cooked to order. Worse still, the quality of the meat was exceptionally poor, making for a less-than-enjoyable meal. Adding to the frustration, I attempted to order a second drink, but the staff never returned to the table. We were looked after superbly. Celebrated two birthdays and was given two $20 vouchers for use towards bill. What a pleasant surprise. Had to change tables due to the sun with a smile on the staff’s faces. Then asked for a different chair which also was no issue at all. The food was delicious as usual.
