The food is always good and normally service is too. This time not so. Our order got lost and after about 30mins the server came over to confirm what we'd ordered. Then about 10 mins later another server literally dumped the green salad on the table in front of one of the guests, not the one who was having the salad. We walked another 30ins before our meal was put on the table. No explanations or anything like that. At the end of the meal the plates where left on the table for 20mins. We were never once asked if we wanted another drink or of everything was ok. As a matter of fact everyone seemed to be avoiding us. On leaving one of the guests mentioned about the long wait etc and asked what could they do about that. They went off to get the manager, who was busy. When he came over he told us what table we were sitting at and agreed to waive the cost of the 4 drinks. This should have been offered. If we had not asked we wouldn't have received anything as small compensation for the more than hour long wait for our meal. It wasn't just the wait it was the lack of service that went with it.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

I want to give a big shout-out to the outstanding customer service we received from June/Jhune, the manager at the Outback Aspley branch. Celebrating my husband's birthday there was a wonderful experience. June/Jhune is incredibly respectful and exceptionally friendly, truly knowing how to care for his customers and make them feel valued. He even treated my husband to a complimentary chocolate thunder cake! Thank you, June/Jhune; we really appreciate your thoughtful gesture. The steak we had was delicious, especially paired with the fresh green salad, and the complimentary bread was good too! Overall, it was a 5/5 dining experience! Main dish was good, ordered the shared sirloin, Also ordered 2 entrees which were never processed so we did not receive them. Took 20 minutes for 2 drinks even when the place was nearly empty. We don’t blame the waiters, I think we only saw 2 staff on, 1 on floor, 1 on bar…請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We had the Prime Rib Eye Steaks which were full of flavour and tender, sweet potato baked had delicious honey flavour and nicely cooked vegetables. All service staff were friendly and helpful. We bought the huge glass mug style glass after enjoying a huge beer in one, we will bring the family back for sure! Thankyou to the chefs was very full and satisfied.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We recently visited Outback Steakhouse, and while the experience was good overall, there were a few things that held it back from being great. The steak was undeniably tasty and tender, but for an eye fillet, there was a surprisingly large portion of fat, which was disappointing. Additionally, the sides were initially forgotten in my order. To their credit, once I notified the the staff, they promptly rectified this mistake, showing good customer service. However, the “loaded” sweet potato left much to be desired—it was just butter and sprinkle of cinnamon, not quite what I expected from a loaded side. Overall, the flavors were enjoyable, and the staff was courteous, but a little more attention to detail would have made the experience exceptional.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
