We are a contemporary, casual dining steakhouse restaurant beloved worldwide. Currently with 6 restaurants in NSW and 2 in Queensland we are located on the George St in North Strathfield. We pride ourselves on serving up variety; our unbeatable steak cuts are complemented by delicious choices of chicken, ribs, seafood, and pasta at a price for everyone. Our strategy? We regularly eat at outback but at the Parklea branch. Very disappointed with the north Strathfield branch. Extremely loud. And service wasn’t the best. Lots of staff walking around but not much service. Food was average. Other people who ordered after us at other tables were served first and had same meals as us. Celebrational dinner for our son who was made permanent in his job. We enjoyed the food unfortunately a little too pricey now couldn’t afford to do this on a regular basis but still enjoyed the atmosphere and the food could Service. Ordered a Chicken Cobb Salad, and they gave us just the salad. The chicken and the eggs were missing. We had to sent it back and got only the chicken. The eggs were missing again. It seems the chef forgot the recipe. Ordered the "Mixed Grill" with the steak cooked medium, but I received done. The chicken was dry and the beef ribs were burned on the outside and undercooked inside. The table service were outstanding, but you guys need to sort it out what's happening in your kitchen. The food was very nice however the menu has changed since we were there last. I usually get the prawn topped fillet which has a creamy tomato sauce, this is now called the surf and turf which says it has the same sauce but it didn’t come out with it. Instead it had a garlic butter on top. Still nice but not what I was expecting. The prices have have gone up as well by about $3 for each menu item We used to think this restaurant was great value, now its pricing is average. I would like to say the steak was not same as we had it in the past. The outlook was dark brown liked over cooked than we expected although we ordered the meat up to 70% cooked or medium cooked.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
