Poor is an understatement. We had a dinner reservation for 6:45 and waited in a lineup for 20 minutes. Then had to find a waiter to come to out table to take our order of drinks and food an hour later we checked with the waiter on our order and he told us he will check on it. With still no drinks we asked for some water. The waiter then brought us one side salad. We had a sip of our water and walked out. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had dinning out and will not ever return to this restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience at this Outback was extremely disappointing. I planned a special dinner for Valentine’s Day, but the service and food quality were far below expectations. The fries arrived cold and dry, and we had to ask multiple times just to get service. Our drinks took too long to arrive, and some were even forgotten. The worst part was trying to order cocktails and repeatedly hearing “just a moment,” only for no one to show up for over 10 minutes. I understand that Valentine’s Day is a busy occasion, but the restaurant was clearly unprepared to handle the demand. The service was chaotic, and the experience was frustrating. I have been to other Outback locations, and the standard is completely different. You need to do better, the time it took for food to come out on a quiet afternoon was poor 30 mins + an apology from the wait staff but nothing offered such as a free side or discount. An incorrect order was also a problem but due to how long it took for the meals to come out we just asked for a discount instead as we did not want to wait even longer for the correct order to come. Also what happened to the complementary breads? This place used to be awesome but apparently the previous proprietor Mark who was an absolute legend has either retired or moved on to better things. I feel that cost cutting has impacted this restaurant. Funny how you are forced to pay a tip on your booking app before payment can proceed, YET the servive is ZERO. Every waitresses ignores you, even when you try to make eye contact, not smiling and 3 of them slams the plates on the table! One even handed me a HOT PLATE because she was not able to reach me! Burnt my fingers. Tried to find a staff because we were nearly finished eating but they forgot one more main and 3 more sides. Explained to a server, no apologies.. another staff brought them over, slammed them on our table and just left without a word! Also it was still wrong so we had to find another staffing to re-explain. no apologies, then.another staff also slammed them on our table and left without a word! At that point, our party of 6 had no mood to finish their mediocre food so we just all stood up to left. No one even came to say goodbye or thank you and IT WASN'T EVEN A BUSY EVENING!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

My Big Bugger burger was fantastic.
