Outer Limits Brewing is a 10bbl brewery and taproom located in Proctorsville, VT.

We use a proprietary yeast strain that sets apart a lot of our beers. Our beer styles range from a Bavarian Helles Lager, IPA to a Nitro Oatmeal Stout. With 14 taps we offer a little something for everyone. Our beer menu is accompanied by a simple (but delicious) food menu that features wood fired wings and pizza.

I love outer limits and the people who work there, always helpful and cheerful even during the pandemic. This night a band was playing Vermont Roots, they were excellent, loved the Vermont vibe. The pizza is some of the best I’ve ever had and is my families favorite. The beer is excellent and my fave is Fruit Boots IPA.

Food was excellent. Had blackened Cajun wings and Vermonster pizza. Beer was solid. Wait staff was attentive and service was quick. I’d go back multiple times. Had house band. Little loud I, but took a break during meal which was nice break. Great atmosphere and good beer.

Great place to try some local craft beer and good food. Their pizza and wings are awesome. They have several styles of craft beer to choose from so there's something for everyone...literally. The owners and staff are absolutely awesome. Place is a combination of Contemporary/Rustic/Industrial...if you can picture that.
