In the heart of South Bound Brook, Ovations serves a unique culinary fusion featuring sumptuous American and Italian cuisines in its relaxing and friendly eatery. For starters, enjoy the jumbo coconut shrimp with sesame garlic sauce and the homemade rice balls, which display Ovations inventive aesthetic. Some of the house specialties include the pan seared scallops and shrimp with white wine sauce served over risotto, the braised boneless short ribs baked with port wine and plum tomatoes and the chicken Giardiniera with arugula, mozzarella, tomato, red onion and balsamic vinaigrette..

The food was good. We had a party of 4. In all we had 5 meals. We wanted to have the homemade gnocchi to share as an appetizer, but they ended up not having it. We ended up sharing the lobster ravioli, which was good. For our entrees we had the seafood risotto, which was excellent, the cod special (which was good but very small piece of fish), chicken dish and the yellowfin tuna special (was just ok). Overall, we had a nice time and will go back if in the area

It was my first time. Not many people inside for dinner, perhaps it was a slow Saturday night. The drinks were very good and the customer service was great. Our servers were very attentive. The food was good. The music was great and I had dinner with an old friend so having the flexibility to stay a little longer than usual to hang out and chat was great. I plan on coming back.

Once again Ovations come through on all levels for our party of 6. Everyone loved the food and Jesus "The Legend" took great care of us.

We are not sure if our waiter didn't understand english or it was something else (maybe dyslexic) - he took our drink order and then brought something totally different - same happened with the food - he wrote that down and still didn't get it right - However, the food was exceptional - all 4 for us had something different and

Private room for Mother’s Day, excellent service. Great food. What more could you ask for? This is a great restaurant to celebrate or enjoy a date night. They are also family friendly. There’s a free parking lot so that’s quick and easy.

Food was good but I would not return. There were mats flying around the table throughout our meal. Waiter was curt. We had to engage him to be friendly.

Solid food, well prepared and nicely presented. Exceptional service and attention to detail. This, along with a well done drinks and wine list made for a very pleasant dining experience. We will visit them again and make use of their comfortable outdoor seating area in the warmer weather.

Nothing on the menu ever disappoints. Tony is my favorite waiter..he never disappoints either and provides comic relief too! Love this place!!
