Oyster Gourmet in Los Angeles, California really says it all right in the name. It�s the only establishment in all of LA that has its own ecailler. What a sommelier is to wine, Christophe Happillon is to oysters. He started Oyster Gourmet to share this love with other diners, though the menu provides plenty of other seafood options, as well.
There are also plenty of wines and beers to pair with your food at Oyster Gourmet. In between eating freshly-shucked oysters, try the crispy nachos or the scallop ceviche. Aside from how delicious the food is here, the presentation is also second to none.
