The Oyster Society, Seafood and Raw Bar, is located in the heart of Marco Island. We take pride in bringing our guests hand-selected local seafood, shellfish, and daily raw bar specials.     The scallop appetizer was fabulous. Everything else we had were daily specials - and special they were. The halibut was cooked to perfection. Excellent staff and quality all around. This was our third time dining at Oyster Society - it continues to exceed our high expectations.

    Main course was terrible. Steak had no flavor, the potatoes way too much cheese. It was really not eatable. This experience has changed my mind about this place. I have eaten here before several times and was satisfied. Not sure what happened, new chef maybe?? Very disappointed. It was my husband’s birthday and it was terrible. We brought the steak home for our dog.

    Food was absolutely outstanding. Service was fantastic. Judy was excellent. Was attentive without overdoing it. Had a great sense of humor while also being professional. Timing of courses was just right. Best halibut I’ve ever had. Pictured: Halibut special, Swordfish special, Society scampi, Sprout and crunch salad, Key lime pie, Berry Crush mocktail* (appreciated the variety of mocktails that included zero proof alcohol alternative) From someone who was in the hospitality industry for 20 years, I appreciated all the small details that made this dining experience EXCEPTIONAL.

    Amazing dining experience. The oysters and tuna tartare were a delicious start followed by swordfish and lobster thermidor. Milos, our server, was extremely helpful in making recommendations. Cocktails were unique and tasty. We chose to dine in the very elegant indoors. Highly recommend.

    Was underwhelmed with this restaurant. Our drink was poorly made, and while they took it off, the bill bartender should know how to make a basic drink. My asparagus was cooked, be onto an inch of its life and generally the service was a bit spotty and inconsistent. I would not go back.

    Whenever we come to Marco Island we try to dine here. This year I was smart and made reservations well in advance as this place fills up fast, which you would expect considering the excellent food service and atmosphere. They offer some unique craft cocktails as well as an extensive wine list. Also want to note the saxophone player was spectacular.
