Pacific Standard Prime is a modern steakhouse with a California vibe serving seasonal and sustainable food.

We searched the planet to bring you all-natural and ethically raised beef. The menu by Executive Chef Christine Brown evolves seasonally, so there's always a new dish to discover for dinner or Sunday brunch.

We're passionate about bringing you high-quality ingredients, many sourced from natural, organic, and sustainable ranches and farms.

Pair your choices with a hand-crafted cocktail or a sustainably produced boutique wine from a variety of small, family-owned vintners, carefully curated by owner Kevin Leach and sommelier Peggy Dean.

This same philosophy informs our whiskey list, which includes over 400 selections of whiskeys, bourbons, and ryes.

The lamb was cooked excellent, but the sauce was definitely a bit too thick. The wagyu ribeye was ordered medium and was overcooked beyond well done. Our waiter was as helpful as he could be and he got us a new one (which came out cooked correctly), but we were still without one of our two entrees for a not-insignificant portion of the meal. The steak, mashed potatoes, aand brussel sprouts were all under seasoned, and the sticky toffee, though flavorful, was also pretty dry towards the center. Lastly, they didn’t carry Coke or Pepsi. Instead, they had some healthy-ish all natural soda that, frankly, was not good. The service was excellent, the ambience was okay, but the food was subpar for the price point. Overall, we had an okay experience, but I don’t anticipate going back anytime soon.

A nice relaxed atmosphere with great service, drinks, ambiance and the food, OMG the food. Steaks cooked perfectly, sides exceptional and the pistachio basque cheesecake, no words
