   It’s always a pleasure to dine at Pacifica, my favorite restaurant. They have great food and good specials. We took a friend for her birthday and she was totally impressed. They brought out a crème brûlée with a candle for her and we all three enjoyed eating that one beautiful dessert

   mussels are amazing crab lumb is ok oysters are ok main course was ok but slaty server was good table clean exelent horizont to watch and sun set spanish sea food we will order next time

   We unfortunately ended up being disappointed with both the food and the service. The fish was overcooked and not very warm and the time it took for the server to take our order and then receive the meal was longer than normal.

   We (two couples) visited Pacifica Del Mar on a recent Friday for a late lunch at around 2:pm. The restuarant was not crowded at all, as it was between normal lunch and dinner times. Our hostess was friendly, patient and attentive and the service was terrific. Everyone ordered some form of seafood and the verdict was unanimous: All choices were delicious! From coctails to appitizers, to wine and lunch, it was a very pleasant and entirely enjoyable afternoon. Kudos to the staff.

    Service was friendly and accommodating. Pacifica Del Mar has no control over the weather which turned out to be cold and foggy - note the majority of the dining room is a outdoor-covered patio. The staff made sure we were comfortable and warm. Brussel sprouts small plate was fresh and very tasty. The halibut although prepared well was a bit salty and the curry had a heavy texture - so ok but not great. Turns out Thursdays are half price wine night; that was a pleasant surprise.
