Perched atop the Del Mar Plaza in the heart of the Village, Pacifica Del Mar has remained a local gem for years as one of the neighborhood’s most sought-after places to dine, wine and gather with friends and family. Their menu showcases casual and inspired fare - like fresh seafood, steak and pasta - complimented by an award-winning wine list and creative cocktails.

Whether you choose to dine on their cozy ocean view patio, or join them in our vibrant dining room or bar, their warm service and great food and drink will provide a memorable dining experience.

We look forward to seeing you at Pacifica Del Mar. Please note that in an effort to give our staff enough time to turn over and sanitize tables between diners, reservations will be limited to an hour and a half for parties of 4 or less, and 2 hours for parties 5+. We always have lunch at Pacifica Del Mar on New Year's Day. Has been our tradition for 25 years and there is no better way to start the new year. Beautiful ocean view, impeccable service, great menu selections, piping hot delicious food, wow factor cocktails...it all adds up to an amazing experience. Highly recommend. Try the prawn cocktail, mixed greens salad, sugar-spiced salmon, and burnt cream. Grapefruit martini was fire!

My husband enjoyed his swordfish. The salad and wine were delicious. My rib eye steak with lobster was the New Year’s Eve special so I expected it to be better than it was. The rib eye was fatty and hard to cut. It was good, but not great. The 5 ounce lobster piece was a bit undercooked but still good. I should have ordered from the regular menu as the special was overpriced and disappointing. The servers were very attentive and we enjoyed the ambience, though it was a bit noisy.

It was so good. Everything from the bread and butter to the halibut and steak frites was amazing. Service was fast and very attentive.

We were there for Christmas dinner which was prix fixe. There were 2 of us and we had the filet mignon and turkey dinners. The filet was a perfect medium. However the turkey was overly salty, so much that both of our tongues were tingling after the 1st bite. However the inside cut of the turkey was ok so there was some kind of excess salt application to the outer part. Also they ran out of the soup and the creme brulee I wanted. I settled for a beet salad which was very good, and a pecan tart which I didn't particularly like. The bus boy walked past our table 3x ... I think normally that job is to look for tables to clear and replenish water or non-alcoholic drinks. If it's not his job then no one checked on our drinks, as I had to flag the bus boy down to refill my ice tea upon him passing our table a 4th time. Our waiter was very pleasant and friendly, but we waited a bit too long to get our bill as we were literally the last ones to leave the restaurant -- staff was already stacking chairs and removing table linen when we finally got our bill. Overall experience was Ok and we had a very nice table with view. But staff could have been a tad more attentive and better prepared with food inventory when offering prix fixe menu.

We had a beautiful Christmas dinner at Pacifica Del Mar. The price fixe menu was delicious and varied. It was warm , cozy, festive, and a perfect place for a Christmas dining experience.

Could not have asked for a better Christmas dinner! Watching the sunset, with great food and drinks! 10/10 recommend. We are going to come back for the normal menus because the Christmas choices were amazing!

Booked for Christmas Day. Was very surprised to see a set menu. No where on this app or on their website did it say it would be a specialized menu so the price point for a family of 8 was very pricey.
