   Fantastic establishment ran by a very professional staff with excellent tasty food! My only suggestion would be for them to increase their beer menu variety. The mixed drinks and martinis or spectacular!

   Pacifica Delmar is one of my fav restaurants for over 30 years. The preparation of their fish dishes is a like anywhere else. Fresh, flavorful and absolutely unique. Great ambience, location and value

   Really lovely spot for lunch in the Del Mar Plaza. Excellent food and drinks, and a great venue to catch up with old friends.

   The food has stayed excellent for several decades, as has the service. Beautiful view for lunch with good friends and loved ones.

   Bar service and drinks were great while waiting for table. Patio was SUPER loud. Halibut was hard and dry, didn't finish it. Filet was good. Broccolini and other side were cold, didn't finish. Super cold on the inside like leftovers that had been heated up, but not all the way through. Salads weren't edible, 1 bite! Had to request steak knife, and water every time. NOBODY ever asked how our meal was, or I would have said this there! $250 I felt wasted! Very disappointing.

   The setting was nice. Overall food was just mediocre. Appetizers, calamari was good and ahi nachos were ok. Biggest disappointment was with order. One guest ordered halibut. He got the catch of the day. Server admitted to the mistake. Server offered to replace the meal but we did not want to see food go to waste so he kept the wrong meal. The server did not order to take the meal off the check or could have offered something for making the mistake.

    Pacifica never disappoints. Delicious food, fantastic service, great ambience and view. I’m a vegetarian and even though Pacifica seems to focus on seafood, their vegetarian options have been creative and delicious every time. Extensive wine selection too, with half-price bottles on Thursdays, it’s a great value.
