A little slow on getting food. Wine was ordered but didn’t get to table until first course was over. Entrees were not hot.

Despite the major winds, we enjoyed outdoor seating very much. We had the grilled swordfish and seafood stew - both were fantastic. We ended with the ice cream pie - a healthy serving size and also very good. We especially appreciated Roxanne’s recommendations - her service was outstanding.

Me and two other lady companions ate dinner at Pacifica prior to the Fashion Week El Paseo Fashion Show. We sat outside with a lovely view in comfort, even though it was a windy evening. The covered area provides a respite from wind. I requested a s Sauvignon Blanc from either France or New Zealand and they could only provide one from California. Other than that, we all enjoyed our meals and the fact that half portions are readily available per the menu. I also appreciated the clearly marked Gluten Free selections on the menu. We’ll be back!

Food is always great here. I had the Pacifica Salad with Salmon and it was the perfect size and delicious. I love the fresh fruit in it and appreciate being accommodated by not having any dairy on the salad. Sean was our server and he was lovely.

This restaurant has beautiful views from its patio. Service was slow. Not enough waiters and too many bussers. The food quality was good but the preparation was lacking. The cocktail menu was extensive but the offerings were all very sour and didn’t taste like high quality spirits or mixers were being used. Food and service needs to be improved to match the beautiful setting. That said the servers were all very friendly. Food just needs to be elevated a bit to bring this restaurant to a four to five star experience.

This night was a special occasion and the table, view, food, ambience was fab! The waiter was in training and was fine but then he disappeared and then no one came around for awhile. We got another server that came and asked how we were doing, which was nice, but we asked for more bread and he came by one more time and appologized for forgetting it!! We never got it!! Then at the end of our meal we finally had to get another server to get us a bill and then it took forever for the waiter to pick it up and finalize the transaction. WOW.......

Sam, our server was exceptional. His professionalism was extraordinary, and he was truly customer savvy. The greeting we received when we arrived was warm and welcoming. The food was deliciously awesome, and the ambiance was just wonderful. Thank you.
