    Drive your car to the front steps and the friendliest valets in the world will happily park your car for you. Towards the end of your meal, have your server summon your car. Nothing could be more convenient, other than an overnight stay here at the Hyatt Carmel Highlands where you could walk to your room after dinner.

    First time here and it has one of the best views but overall service and food temperature was low. Getting our table early wasn’t allowed but we stayed there. Host helped other people with their table before us. Steak came out looking rare and offered to fix it by cooking the steak again. Normally restaurants would cook me a new piece but they didn’t. That was unfortunate! Corkage fee was too high for $50.

    The greens salad was supposed to have crispy sunchokes but they were not included. The fish and chips were delicious, as was the chicken sandwich. The fries were excellent. You pay for the view.

    Incredible views and we really enjoyed the nice corner table. Fair service, poorly prepared food and sandwiched between loud guests was a poor way to celebrate an anniversary.

    Automatic 20% tip added to the charge was totally absurd. The waiter was hardly to be seen. 15% was more acceptable but not 20%. Hotel is nice and we plan to stay there on our next trip to Carmel.

    The quality of the food was very good, and there was a good assortment of everything, but the seafood bar was rather one note. The overall experience was lovely, and our small group agreed we would return.
