The newly reimagined Packard’s Steakhouse is both upscale and warm, featuring rich layers of finishes that focus on the same earthy tones of the famous Copperhead Golf Course that it overlooks. Named in honor of course architect, Larry Packard, this contemporary setting is open to the public, and offers an enticing new menu featuring the perfect blend of a traditional, fine steakhouse including Petit Filet Mignon, Bone-In Ribeye and Kurobuta Pork Chop, with non-traditional, innovative twists. Patio dining is also available, plus a welcoming bar that offers superb wine selections, a classic martini and unique cocktail creations. Be sure to save room for dessert! Reservations required.

We arrived a few minutes early for our 6:15 reservation. The young hostess was confused and left us standing there while she seated four other tables. Apparently she had us (2) seated in the bar and was upset because people kept sitting at our table. I had to firmly let her know that I made a reservation for the restaurant and had no desire to sit in the noisy bar with a tv blaring. After discussing our situation with the manager a different hostess finally seated us at a table. We were prepared to leave. The restaurant itself was elegant but it was odd to have the sports bar in the corner covering about 1/3 of the overall space. Very strange choice of design for such an upscale menu. It was noisy with people talking, had a tv blaring and jazz music playing at the same time. Our server was excellent and well trained but when he got busy he had to neglect us. We watched him shuffling quickly from table to table delivering food, chatting as necessary. The manager should have stepped in to help instead of standing in the corner keeping an eye on things. The food was delicious. The regular (not bone in) filet mignon was OK, not off the charts. The filet came plopped in the middle of a large plate with two tiny white potatoes as a garnish. The plate felt very cheated and unloved. Reminded me of three half dollar coins on a plate. It was a skimpy and odd presentation and mismatched to the chicken where the plate was full of a large chicken breast, leg, mushrooms and spinach. We were glad we ordered the side of Brussels sprouts, which were A+ delicious and presented with a large piece of thick fresh cut bacon across the top. Because of the well trained server and delicious food, we were expecting more but ultimately another Florida restaurant that didn’t quite hit the mark. Our bill for two was $180 before tip with one glass of wine.

First time going since it re-opened and it was excellent. Ambience and service first class as well.

Not at all what we expected. We had never been here before, so when reading about the "fine dining" restaurant at Innisbrook, and looking at the menu, we expected a fine dining experience, not dinner in a golf clubhouse that felt like we were in a banquet hall. I'm sure it's a great place to dine after a round of golf, but marketing it to be a fine dining restaurant is really a shame. Where do you set the bar if this is called fine dining? Just because you charge more for the food?

Really good steaks, exceptionally good baked potato. Asparagus was crunchy/chewy but flavorful. Server (Theresa) was friendly, helpful, and diligent. Noisy dining area, was challenging to have a conversation with someone across the table. Prices seemed somewhat high for what you get.

Too casual for such a nice restaurant. Also way too noisy. My husband and I couldn’t hear each other talk. Food was good but won’t go back.
