Palm Court is the quintessential Parisian-style brasserie in the heart of Covent Garden. The restaurant has been lovingly crafted to recreate a classical 1920’s art nouveau-style venue echoing elegant dining rooms in Paris’s most affluent arrondissements.

I’ve been to Palm Court Brasserie many times and the ambience is always excellent. Great service as usual. Unfortunately, my steak was way overdone ( I’d asked for medium). I did mention this to the waiter but he just said “sorry about that’”. No offer of compensation, or any reduction was offered, which I thought was poor. I was there on a date, so didn’t make a fuss. I will go back but I’ll never have a steak there again…shame.

While the food, particularly the caramelized onion tart and the crème brûlée, was outstanding, it was the service that really bumps the Palm Court up to 5+ stars. Both our waitress and the waiter who followed her, whose names we unfortunately did not get, were wonderful. We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday and had notified the restaurant when I made the reservation. They greeted her like family, with a warm birthday wish and a surprise birthday desert (the crème brûlée) that was accompanied by a card signed by the entire staff! Little gestures like that sometimes make all the difference, and that certainly did. Even without that, the food was outstanding, but the service was spectacular.

Good welcome, and venue. Very buzzy. Service was excellent, particularly for us. We were served by a lovely girl, Enza. She was very attentive to everyone, and made our experience really good. Would definitely go back!

Always such a great experience. The atmosphere is very enticing and welcoming, the food is always delicious and the staff are super friendly and attentive. Overall, a perfect spot if you want a quality dinner experience in the heart of Covent Garden.

Nice vibrant atmosphere, beautifully decorated, and great food choices, only criticism is it felt a little cramped in there.

Food was delicious and good value. Service excellent. Only gripe was it was a bit noisy in there and had to raise our voices to be heard. Plus the lady who greeted us wasnt very welcoming but otherwise top notch!
