Palm Terrace – Where Land Meets Sea

Palm Terrace is the premier dining destination for discerning food enthusiasts seeking a harmonious blend of oceanic and terrestrial flavors. Our menu features carefully sourced ingredients inspired by the surrounding ocean, combined with the freshest seasonal produce from the land. Led by Executive Chef Tim Palmer, who takes pride in selecting only the finest cuts, we offer a comforting menu centered around classic dishes, showcasing a perfect combination of grilled seafood and meats.

The bar and lounge area are showcasing accents of wood and marble and officering a stunning collection of wines to accompany the range of dishes from delicate to robust, in addition to both a mocktail and cocktail list.

Palm Terrace Restaurant will also continue to serve Caribbean style A la carte breakfast.

Talk about ambience. The view from the Palm Terrace restaurant is like none other, setting the stage for a delightful meal. Entertainment was perfect with the tantalizing steel pan rhythms. I gotta mention the lychee martini which is my go to drink. It was perfectly mixed and unlike some I’ve had was perfectly sweet with the right amount of liquor. The buffet was all that was promised on the excellently curated Independence menu. Golden Apple and ginger juice on point, fish cakes to die for, pudding and pickled SeaCat! I had to get seconds, light dumplings. Chef Fabian outdid himself today. My guests loved the food fare. Service matched the meal too. Alison and Renee took care of my group and went above and beyond to ensure that we had what we needed. The manager was attentive to the guests and checked in often. This added an extra touch to the experience. This was my first Palm Terrace experience and I assure you that it won’t be my last.

Amazing ambiance, great team delivering good service. Food was delectable even though it took longer than expected to arrive. Only complaint was the risotto which was on the dry side.

A perfect setting for a birthday breakfast. Magnificent sea views and very elegant yet comfortable setting. The service was impeccable and the range of food and beverages on offer vast. The staff personally gave my sister birthday greetings and she also received a personal cake with a birthday flourish. Loved the entire experience.

amazing views of sunset over beach. Cocktails were great and service impeccable. Fab cake was delightful and steak was cooked perfectly with best flavour meat I have had on the island.

Not a great experience. No bartender, so no mixed drinks. Food was just ok. I expected better from a Fairmont.
