Join us at Palma Kitchen + Tap as Chef Bryan Hulihee and his culinary team prepare fresh farm-to-table entrees that will that make you smile. The upscale design gives you a warm and comfortable feeling that easily transports you to Europe. The open layout design segues elegantly to the outdoors, offering diners the opportunity for casual intimate evenings under the palms. It’s this emotional connection and the feeling of being on vacation that led us to explore new names for our restaurant. And Palma Kitchen + Tap was the clear winner.

Palma Kitchen & Tap welcomes Trilogy Members and public guests. Please note that after 8pm, there may be no Encanterra gate attendant. Please call us at 480.677.8060 for entry.

  • Santa Brunch!

    Join us for a Holiday Brunch with the Big Guy from the North Pole! We'll have a buffet with fantastic choices. Santa will be in the Grand Living Room from 10am to 2pm for pictures. $35++ for Members. $45++ Non-Members. $15++ Kids ages 6-12. There will not be regular dining options in Palma Kitchen+Tap until 4pm. Holiday Brunch will include: Chef-carved Honey Ham station and Waffle station Scrambled eggs Bacon and sausage French toast Assorted cereals Yogurt Mini breakfast pastries Hash browns Fresh fruit Biscuits and peppercorn gravy Breakfast skillet with peppers, onions, potatoes and cheese

    It was a busy night with events happening throughout Encanterra and, once again, it all made for an exceptional evening. It's great to always try new menu items and last night's Rocket Bird was incredible! Kim was, as always, gracious and helpful when we checked in while our server, Aleah, could not have been more welcoming and attentive. As always, a fantastic evening at Palma.

    Beautiful place to be. We sat outside (heaters provided) & the view of the course with the lake was invigorating. The food is top notch as well. Highly recommend.

    Great evening with friends at Palma… tried the tequila chicken for the first time and it was great always love the butter cake. Itai always friendly,  and Cornelius in a wild holiday suit!

    Everything was superb from the table setting, to the food, to the service! Brandi, our server, was outstanding- great service, great sense of humor, and very attentive to all our needs. Perfect evening at Palma Restaurant!

    Our server, Dade was polite and professional. Service was perfect and the food was fantastic. Ordered the wings as an appetizer and enjoyed every bite. Sat outside and the view of the sunset and golf course was beautiful. Thanks for a great evening!!

    Had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal there today. Everything was delicious! Staff was delightful and very accommodating. So nice to be served on Thanksgiving. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Can’t wait to go back!

    Our server Joe was outstanding, attentive, kind and professional which added to our enjoyment of the abundance of our delectable three course meal. Though a bit noisy, the ambiance was gorgeous and the set-up at our check-in was perfect. Our "thanks" to everyone who chose to take the time from their Holiday to ensure ours' was special.
