Join us at Palma Kitchen + Tap as Chef Bryan Hulihee and his culinary team prepare fresh farm-to-table entrees that will that make you smile. The upscale design gives you a warm and comfortable feeling that easily transports you to Europe. The open layout design segues elegantly to the outdoors, offering diners the opportunity for casual intimate evenings under the palms. It’s this emotional connection and the feeling of being on vacation that led us to explore new names for our restaurant. And Palma Kitchen + Tap was the clear winner.

Palma Kitchen & Tap welcomes Trilogy Members and public guests. Please note that after 8pm, there may be no Encanterra gate attendant. Please call us at 480.677.8060 for entry.

    Another great experience at Palma Kitchen and Tap. Sue and I like dining here at least once a week and preferably twice a week. I had the market fish - swordfish, rice pilaf, corn soubise. Delicious! Order it before the special ends. Sue had her favorite standby - SHORT RIB POT ROAST - garlic whipped potatoes, french green beans, cipollini onions, red wine reduction. We’ll be back in a few days. Life is good!

    Dinner tonight was great. We enjoyed the prime rib and great service from Monica. Palma continues to be our go-to restaurant for an enjoyable evening with high quality food and superb service.

    We went two nights in a row to Palma. The first night, my husband ordered the Ribeye and I ordered the Swordfish special. Both were delicious. He gave me a bite of his ribeye though, so we had to go back the next day so I could have steak. They were out of the ribeye, the server promised that the filet is also delicious, so I had the filet. It was perfection!!! Cooked and seasoned perfectly. We go out for steak a lot, and you really can’t beat this price point for what we got. Also, both servers (Lance and Monica) were fantastic. They had us laughing, had great recommendations, and really just made the whole experience.

    Been a couple times now. Well operated, friendly staff, good value for the quality of the food. We like this place a lot. It was our parents anniversary and they provided a free desert and made it a very special night for them!

    Pretty busy night tonight. But very attentive and friendly wait staff. The food was as good we expect every time we come here

    I went in for their pasta night. It was amazing. The food was good. The drinks were equally good. The servants were polite and helpful. I would definitely go again.
