What a horrible experienc. we usually always come here for many, many years and it was always great. We had an 815 reservation . I get to the door. The girl tells me there’s eight reservations, ahead of you still waiting. She said you could wait downstairs in the lounge, which was down in the basement of the place.. totally packed. We couldn’t even stand in there. We had to wait in the hallway and then stand outside in the 30° weather waiting for well over an hour and we still weren’t seated. People were aggravated and leaving. It was now 930 at night. We still weren’t seated with our 815 reservation so we left and had to go find someplace for dinner in a packed town where there’s no reservations available . I don’t mind waiting for a while if they are busy, but this is totally ridiculous.. Don’t accept reservations if you can’t honor them. Who knows how long we would’ve still been waiting there. It was now an hour and 15 after our reservation..people were still waiting for their 745 one. We were all standing around aggravated because all the hostess was tell us as you all have reservations you have to wait. I have no idea how long it’s going to be. I understand it’s Christmas, but get your act together.. don’t accept double reservations and then not put a time limit on tables for that time of year.

The appetizers took over 40 minutes to arrive at the table then the Gnocchi appetizers was cold inside. The Rabe and sausage appetizer was Luke warm also. The Eggplant Entree was overcooked. I couldn’t even cut it with my knife. Also $10 for a bottle of Pellegrino is ridiculous and insulting. The dessert was so overpriced. $17 for a donut and 2 scoops of ice cream. Very disappointing experience.

Made a reservation over three weeks ago and was forced to eat in the basement section. Could not wait for a table upstairs because of a time constraint. Not happy.

We had their veal special. Delicious. We also always get the Greek salad because we enjoy it so much. Their bread and dipping oil is also great. We love eating here!

Service was outstanding (our waitress was Maureen :-)) But it was very noisy because tables are way too close together which greatly diminishes the nice ambience. Food was good but the Crab & Shrimp entree contained 85% pasta, only 6 shrimp, and very little crab. It was very disappointing.

The service was excellent and Maureen was warm and efficient. The pasta dishes were flavorful and family sized, and the garlic bread squares and salad delicious. The restaurant was tastefully decorated for the Christmas season. Make a reservation ahead of time.

Panico’s is always a great dining experience! Me and my partner enjoyed the bruschetta app and homemade brick oven focaccia. I also had the delicious Pomodoro pizza to start. I had the Braised Pork Osso Bucco and it was an amazing replacement for anyone craving short rib. Service was also great! The trainee server Gia did great too!
