In Trivoli, pan¥zúr restaurant offers farm-to-table American food inspired by the surrounding Hudson Valley. Due to the well-defined seasons in New England, the restaurant menus are always changing to accommodate the produce sourced from local farms. Whether itÕs date night or family dinner time, pan¥zúr restaurant has the good food and ambient atmosphere sure to please. The immense flavor provided by fresh ingredients are boosted even further by the experienced chefs at pan¥zúr. Start out with the crudo that has Boston mackerel, togarashi mayo, rhubarb, soy, lemon and nasturtium. The farm table menu has jamon de pato, a house cured local duck dish and nimbus, a New York raised beef dish.
