Paperboy is a breakfast and lunch spot, known for its thoughtfully curated menu and comfortable atmosphere. We use simple, quality ingredients in our dishes, with bread, juices, sauces and preserves made in-house.     This is probably one of our new favorite restaurants because of our experience. We came in promptly at 8am on a Monday, and were served by Justin. He could tell we were a bit all over the place and made some recommendations on what to get. If you take anything from this message, please get the ricotta toast! It lives rent free in my head 🤤

    Wow! Amazing service and good. The Texas Hash with the grapefruit spritz was incredible. The staff is 5 star and it was a wonderful place for brunch!

    They were so sweet about my friend’s birthday. Everything was delicious, patio was adorable. Our server was amazing. Can’t wait to return!

    Paperboy is a must whenever we have friends visiting from out of town! They were also great at accommodating some last minute changes we had for our reservation which we hugely appreciated!

    My favorite brunch spot in Austin. The food is excellent and probably the only place that can cook over medium eggs perfectly.
