    Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal dort, beide Male als Geschäftsessen. Schon beim ersten Mal war der Service nicht berauschend, aber das Essen hat alles entschuldigt. Daher waren wir mir unserem Geschäftspartner noch einmal dort und müssen sagen, dass man am Tisch irgendwann einfach nicht mehr beachtet wird. Es kommen dann wohl Gäste, die lukrativer wirken oder interessanter sind, sodass man auch keinerlei Bestellungen mehr tätigen kann. Wir hatten bei der Hauptspeise nichts mehr zu trinken, nach 45 Minuten haben wir auch aufgegeben und wollten bezahlen. Nach einem Hinweis unsererseits, dass wir so lange gewartet haben, kam nur ein "ooh" zurück. Nicht mal eine Entschuldigung oder ein Entgegenkommen. Dabei haben wir nicht mal wenig bestellt, waren einfach nicht mehr relevant. Wenn ein Restaurant so einen Service anbietet und man sich als Gast dritter Klasse fühlt, bei solchen Preisen, kann ich keine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen. Auch das Essen hat es dieses Mal nicht gerettet. Das einzig Gute, das man hervorheben kann, ist der Empfang. Die Mitarbeiter vorne haben einen tollen Job gemacht und diesen Service sollte das Restaurant auch für alle Bereiche anstreben!

    Ich babe reserviert. Bezahlt und nicht rein gekommen obwohl dress Code und extra aus Hannover angereist. Ich werde soviel machen und alles was mir rechtlich zu steht um den Leuten zu zeigen wie sie mit Kunden umgehen. Bis sie mir mein Geld erstatten

    Es war extrem kalt - Wie war waren beide nach Silvester krank ; Preis Leistung absolut nicht ok; sehr starke Geräusche wegen U-Bahn; nicht empfehlenswert

    Wir waren auf Empfehlung in diesem Restaurant. Der Service war super, Ambiente war nicht so angenehm, auf schick gemacht, aber leider hört man die Bahn sehr stark. Speisen waren überdurchschnittlich teuer für die Qualität. Das Ambiente bekommt man in anderen Restaurants auch geboten nur noch mit guten Speisen.

    Wir haben sehr lange auf die Hauptspeise warten müssen bis schon die Musik so laut war dass man sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr verstehen konnte. Zum Glück ging das Licht erst aus als wir gerade fertig waren (und es war noch nicht mal 23 Uhr). Die Bedienung hat uns nach der ersten Bestellung nicht einmal gefragt ob alles okay ist oder ob wir noch was trinken möchten. Also während wir 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet haben, saßen wir auf dem Trockenen. Schade.

    Hello I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express our disappointment regarding the bill we received after our company dinner at your establishment. During the payment process, everything went very quickly, and we did not have the opportunity to thoroughly review the charges. Upon checking with our accounting team this morning, we noticed a couple of discrepancies. Firstly, we were charged for a bottle of Chablis priced at 165 euros, but we actually ordered a bottle of Domaine de l'Ardèche at 55 euros. The waitress can confirm this, as we even joked about the wordplay at the time. Additionally, we were charged an excessive amount for bottled water—91 euros in total. This seems far too high for the quantity we received at the table. We are both surprised and disappointed by these issues, and we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further. Furthermore, three members of our team fell ill after the dinner, and we suspect that the meat may not have been cooked properly.
