Attentive service and a lovely atmosphere at Parchetto makes it a great restaurant to enjoy lunch with a good friend or loved one. Our salmon salads were perfectly prepared. The bread we asked for was freshly baked from the oven. We had a delicious meal to linger over, and a wonderful catch-up visit on Saturday in beautiful downtown Paso Robles.

Parchetto is a great addition to Paso Robles! Santos and Carole have created a great take on California cuisine. We really enjoyed our evening there. The crispy duck croquette appetizer was great. The duck breast was very good and we would have liked more of the amazing sweet potato puree. The lamb shank with risotto was very good too. Finally, the chocolate torte was a perfect ending to a lovely evening. We look forward to returning!

The pork chop Parchetto was delicious and the rib eye steak was juicy and cooked perfect. Their mashed potatoes were very British and excellent.

Dinner was outstanding. We are kind of a tough crowd and there were no complaints. Highly suggest giving this restaurant a try.

We all 4 had excellent meals. I had the Panchetto eggs Benedict and it was excellent. One person had the spaghetti, someone else had the omelette and the fourth person had the special omelette. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the brunch! I am definitely eating here again.

My wife and I fully enjoyed the service, wonderful food and live music during brunch. This is now a new favorite for us in Paso Robles.

Our reservation was for 7:30pm and due to the party at our table hanging out after paying their check, we didn't get seated until almost 8:10. That's a little too long to be hanging out at the front with drinks which they didn't even cover for us. That's been our experience with other places when we are waiting way too long. They provide some wine or drinks on the house. They did give us a free extra order of calamari I think as I don't think it was a mistake since we got two orders of it.

We went for our special dinner. Our server was very good and polite, yuki was his name, but the service was very slow and the atmosphere was very loud. They don’t have an automatically closing door either a spring on, so guests would just mindlessly keep coming in and out and leaving the door open. The tables are very small and very close to each other, so it’s impossible to have a decent conversation esp around loud guests who were enjoying their drinks and being loud. The temp of food was cold. My salmon dishes were cold. They have created more capacity than the space allows. The tables are tiny, tiny and close to other tables.

We enjoyed a business lunch at Parchetto. The food and service were excellent. Three of us made revisions to our entrees, and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend it.
