Our visit started out great as we were seated at the time of our reservation and our waiter came over fairly quick. He was helpful in helping us select meals but it went downhill after 3 of the four of us received our meals. I had the New York strip which was actually cooked perfectly and very tasty and tender. My daughter got a burger and asked for no bbq sauce on it with a side of ranch for her fries. The burger had bbq and she didn’t get her ranch until she was almost done with her meal and that was after asking twice. My son had the Mac and cheese which we had no issues with either. My wife got the fish and chips and which she didn’t get with the rest of our meals. We all ate slower than normal expecting hers would show up shortly. She asked the waiter when it was coming when he finally came over to ask how our meals were. When she got hers, it was cold. They took it back at which time the rest of us were done and when she got a replacement it was just luke warm. He did take her meal off our bill and apologized but didn’t seem overly concerned.

We have addressed the issues you had with your GM, and with our staff. We, like you, expect a much better experience from our wait staff and from our kitchen. Again, we apologize. The dinner started out great as I had made a reservation and we were seated right away. That’s where things took a turn. It took an excessively long time for our server to come by. She finally came and took our drink orders and we ordered an appetizer. My husband ordered a beer that took again an excessively long time especially since we could see it just sitting on the bar. Our server walked by it multiple times and never brought it to our table. Finally another server noticed it and brought it over. When our food came out my son didn’t get the correct burger. He tried to stop the lady that brought out our food but she basically dumped it on the table and left without asking if we got what we needed or anything. My son ordered a bison burger with no cheese but what was brought out for him appeared to be a regular beef cheeseburger and also not the correct side. We managed to flag down our server and once my son explained to her that his was incorrect she took it away. She was actually back in just a few minutes with his plate. It appeared that it could have been the same burger with the cheese scraped off. My son was not sure that it was actually a bison burger and said it didn’t taste like bison. At this point we had been waiting a while for food so he just ate it anyway. We never saw our server again til it was time to clear our plates and pay the check. She never came by to see if we were ok or if we needed anything or even a drink refill. Pathetic service. Last but not least was the restroom situation. As I got close to the restroom I saw used paper towels on the floor. Once I entered I saw a complete mess. Two of the toilets had paper and needed to be flushed. There were paper towels all over the floor and the trash can was overflowing. The counters had water on them and I literally couldn’t believe how messy the entire restroom was. I would hope this is not a normal experience but I will probably never return.

Hi Amy, we truly apologize for the experience you had when dining with us. It is not our normal guest experience, nor is it an acceptable dining experience. We have made our CEO, GM and Head Chef aware of your visit, and steps are being taken to make sure what you went through never happens again. Whereas we cannot control what people do when in the restroom, our managers and staff are to do regular checks and maintenance. Our service staff is trained and taught to provide quick, efficient, friendly and quality service. And food is to be prepped and cooked per the customer's requested order. Delicious eggs Benedict. Our server was awesome. Reservation was honored on time. Restaurant was crowded and a bit noisy. Enjoyed our brunch there on a Saturday morning.

First off, my reservation was for outside and they sat us inside. There were two different mimosa options - one for $5 and a bigger one for $11. Those were the only differences the waitress said there was. Opted for the $11 and I am presented with a can of sparkling wine and a glass of OJ. That is not a mimosa. Also, the smaller option used real champagne. The Bloody Mary straight up tastes like cocktail sauce. It tasted like I was slurping down an appetizer of shrimp cocktail. No spice, no garnish, couldn’t taste the vodka. I didn’t even finish it and I am not the type to waste a drink. On a good note, the food was good. The skillet was delicious. It was an okay visit, no ambiance, the other food that was carried by didn’t look good I will away that (the burger most off). Wouldn’t return.
