With an award-winning interior design accented with Asian artefacts, gold lattice and a beautiful oriental garden, Si Chuan Dou Hua at PARKROYAL on Beach Road offers more than just fine authentic Sichuan cuisine. Our a la carte selection includes culinary delights such as the famous Ma Po Tofu, Sichuan Dan Dan Noodle, Camphor Tea Smoked Duck, Seafood Combination Platter, Marinated Spicy Beef on Hot Plate, Braised Seafood with Crispy Rice Bubble, Chong Qing Diced Chicken with Dried Chilli and the nutritiously delicious Chicken Dou Hua Soup. There is also an extensive selection of Cantonese and Dim Sum delicacies to choose from. Executives favour our power lunches while our famed 60 Dishes Deluxe Feast is a favourite for those that have more time as it offers a mesmerising array of 60 dishes, including Sliced Pork in Garlic and Chilli Sauce and Braised Soon Hock.

Established in Singapore since 1996, Si Chuan Dou Hua is renowned for serving the true flavours of Sichuan with experienced native chefs hailing from the city. Our signature dishes include the famous Ma Po Tofu, Sichuan Dan Dan Noodle, Camphor Tea Smoked Duck, Chong Qing Diced Chicken with Dried Chilli, and the deliciously nutritious Minced Chicken Soup with Fungus to name a few
