   I had a very disappointing experience at Parlay River North. The food was mediocre at best — not worth the price, and definitely not something I’d come back for. The service was even worse. Our server was inattentive and didn’t seem to be listening, even after repeating things multiple times. The worst part was trying to get the check. We waited and waited, and even after I flagged down the manager directly, it still took over 10 minutes just to close out. The ambience was nothing special, although it was a DJ. Overall, not worth the hassle or the money.

   Overall a good experience different from the first time I went there. Bottomless mimosas more expensive and different music choice from before

   The service was awful and the place was empty. The food was decent. I have been to the other Parley and it is way better.

   Terrible service. Servers walk around like there’s no tables to wait on. We were there 30 minutes for a reservation before our server acknowledged us and then we didn’t see her again. Had to have the bar close our tables tab out. Never going back.

   The host were horrible and had the worst attitudes but our server was great and had a good time after waiting 40 mins for our table

   NCAA promoted on website. Blasting loud club music instead of game. There was one waitress for the entire bar on a Friday night during March madness. Left at halftime of the game to go another bar to actually watch.

    Reservation was at 7pm. Walked in and no greeter was at door. The buser says just go in. I stand at bar for 10 minutes and not one person acknowledge me. The bar tender was in such a deep conversation with two men that she didn't say one thing. I finally get the attention of a server and tell her I had a 7pm reservation. I tell her that the buser said just walk in and she see my name on the machine and say well yeah that's not how we handle reservations. I am finally seated at a and waited an additional 25 minutes before a server comes over to me. A buser, and multiple servers walked past and didn't say one thing. Finally a server comes over and offers me water and asked did I want a drink. Me and my buddy ordered some drinks and left because the service was TERRIBLE. I would advise your staff to pay more attention to patrons especially when they are 6'4 and hard to miss.
