We had two requirements - accessibility and birthday - and both requests were kept with great care and consideration -very impressed on that front. To elaborate, one of us was on a wheelchair, so requested a secluded area, away from other customers to not to cause anyone issues + if it was closer to disable toilets. The seat that was provided to us could not have been better. Also it was Dad's birthday, and wanted a subtle surprise - bringing in the cake. They mentioned they can only keep not more than an 8inch cake, which we adhered to. They brought it in, sang Happy Birthday for Dad - it was truly special. The service was great, there was always someone ready to attend to us and take our order. They were also able to recommend the food and spice levels. They were happy to make small changes to the menu to suit our taste. We asked for Pre-Theatre menu and also wanted to choose some from the Al-la-carte menu - which they were also able to accomodate. Starting from getting into the place, it was a great experience, the person at the door, promptly opened up both the gates so we can come in with the wheelchair with ease. This was straight after our show in Lyceum Theatre and it was very cold outside. Having a booking right next to the theatre was so good. The place decoration was amazing too. Food wise (disclaimer: This is from an Indian palette perspective) The Bang Bang chicken was absolutely stunning I will absolutely recommend that. Lamb samosa-and the complimentary sauce was not that exciting. The Garlic and Garlic-Cheese Naan was great. Peshwari Naan could have been better. Rice was made perfectly. The Korma was way too sweet, Lamb bhuna was tolerable, overall the main menu was slightly disappointing to the price we paid, as it lacked in the complexity of Indian food, but was it was okay, but the experience, ambience and service compensated for it. There was was quite a bit of service charge added, but everyone was so attentive to us, we didn't mind paying.
