                                  Great dinner for NYE for six. Food coming out could have been timed a bit better. Otherwise, service was great! Food taste and presentation was excellent. We will go back.

                                  The atmosphere at Parque 1055 is beautiful and the back patio also. The musician was an added plus. The steak and salmon were all done well. However the servers (not the waiters)need additional training. We will definitely go back!

                                  The staff was all very nice and inviting. There are two separate areas to dine, in case you want something more festive adjacent to the bar or a dining room experience. Only comment is the pace of the food coming out of the kitchen. Not sure if it is a system issue (when they fire the entrees) or a training issue. We were looking forward to a relaxed-pace dinner, but our entrees came out way before we were finished with our salad and apps. Steaks were great! Had a perfect char on the outside. Tender and well cooked. All potato dishes were delicious! The fried ice cream was not so good, but the creme brûlée was great! Bottle Wine prices were great, a good range depending on your price point. If you live in the SP area, Parque 1055 is a much-needed asset!

                                  Brand new restaurant with a contemporary vibe, cool lighting and outstanding food, I suggest going for Happy Hour with many of the same offerings as the dinner menu but less expensive... we ordered several small plates and shared. Drinks are cheaper too. Will definitely be back!

                                  We had the pleasure of trying Parque 1055 within the first week it was open. It's a large, inviting space with an eager & helpful staff. Great location. Summing up a few parts of the meal: Good wine list. The Imposter Cocktail, while good didn't have blood orange juice in it as listed, just a dried blood orange garnish. The Parque Pockets are made with eggroll wrappers, so I was expecting a dough or pastry type pocket, but they were tasty nonetheless. The horseradish creme was a bit thick in consistency. The caesar salad came without the crostini (they were out of crostini, but brought toasted bread and butter to the table), and the mac & cheese came without the breadcrumbs, and tasted like the flour flavor still needed time to be cooked out of the roux. I did appreciate the noodle shape: Campanelle. Of the four desserts offered, they were out of two of them. We didn't realize the restaurant hadn't been open longer so while they definitely have some kinks to work out, they are off to a good start and overall it was an enjoyable dining experience. We'll give them some time to get their sea legs and try them again! Thanks!

                                  The food was amazing. I had the Braised Short Ribs with Mushroom Risotto. I WILL defiantly be ordering that again. The Orange Citrus Tart was so yummy perfect combination of sweet and tart. Our waiter Evan was very professional and attentive. He paired my wine exceptionally with my dinner. Thanks Evan, job well done.
