   Overall, the food was ok. Nothing outstanding. Steak tartare was overly salty. Risotto with the grilled shrimps was great. Though, the duck confit was again overly salty. Even with consideration of being Saturday night, the service was extremely slow, it was difficult to get an attention from the server. It took quite a bit of time for the empty glass to be filled with water.

   French cuisine in Toronto. Expensive, the bread is not complimentary, BUT the meal was great, and the service was excellent.

   We received a nice welcoming at the front of the house. Excellence ambience and great servers, who knew when to come by and when to leave us alone in our conversation. The chef was accommodating to food sensitivities. Unique cuts of beef such as hanger steak and cheeks. All the dishes were excellent with the exception of the salmon, which tasted 'fishy' in a not good way. Also delicious warm apple dessert on a cold evening. Note that the noise volume is quite loud for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere.

   We had a great time at this spot last night! The food was absolutely tasty—flavorful and well-presented. The space itself is super cute with a cozy, inviting vibe. We also really enjoyed the wine selection, and the cocktails were on point. Definitely a place we’d come back to!

   We’ve been to Parquet several times and have always enjoyed it. The service was a little slow this time around, it took awhile to fall into place as they were very busy. Once we settled in it was as great as always. Perfect food and such an elegant, classy room. The noise level is low so you can always hear your dining partners which seems a rarity at most restaurants. It’s a go to for us for sure, we’re never disappointed!

   Underwhelming experience. Food was over-hyped, we had 2 courses with bread and in both cases the bread tasted burnt. Nothing to rave about. This was in addition to a prior experience with them on NYE when they asked us to cancel our reservation last minute due to a booking mistake on THEIR end, and no apology was given. The best service staff was the bus boy, who was extremely kind and considerate. Would not return.

   Daniel was fantastic—he struck the perfect balance when suggesting appetizers and mains, making for a truly satisfying dinner. The service at the bar was equally impressive. Great atmosphere overall, perfect for a special occasion.
