   As lifelong lovers of Mexican cuisine who have dined at some of the most celebrated Mexican restaurants, we can say without hesitation: this place is absolutely fabulous. From the moment we walked in, the warm, vibrant atmosphere set the perfect tone for what would be an unforgettable meal. The food? Utterly sublime. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and authenticity—the kind of flavors that instantly transport you straight to the heart of Mexico. The tacos were perfectly balanced with fresh ingredients and expertly seasoned meats, the margaritas were simply divine. What truly set this experience apart was the attention to detail and clear passion behind every dish. It’s rare to find a restaurant that so beautifully captures the soul of traditional Mexican cooking while delivering it with such finesse. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs, it was that good that I booked the night after too!

   Great food and service. There were 4 of us so we ordered around 8 - 10 dishes. Everything we had was delicious. Our waitress was really lovely... friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

   I don’t write reviews ever really but I genuinely love this place. Been here 3 times now and it’s definitely a new favourite. The value for what you get is unbelievable. I’ve been here for my birthday, a friends birthday and a date night, and the vibe of the place is perfect. Service is efficient & super nice.

   From start to finish the whole experience with Parilla was 5 star. We were running late, but when I called David he said that it wasn't a problem and that he'd just need the table back at 6:45. When we arrived he said that he had added 15min on to our reservation so no rush! Happy Days. Our server, Danielle, appeared a if by magic and helped us pick cocktails and bites and she absolutely knew what would work for us. First off. The cocktails! We tried three of them as they were all DELICIOUS! If we had had more time I probably would have worked my way through the menu. Our server arrived within minutes with gorgeous looking and smelling plates of food. The gumbas prawns just screamed "I need more of these", the foccacia (we ordered too many but we know for next time) couldn't have been more perfect, the fish on the fish tacos just melted into the dish. Again Danielle just worked the room with perfection and knew what to offer and what to take away from the table the entire evening. We were still drinking and chatting when our time was up but we were offered more delectable drinks and offered a seat at the window, where again we were not forgotten and both David and Danielle checked in on us from time to time to make sure everything was in order, which it was. I love Mexican food so I was really looking forward to dining in Parilla, I'm not sure what I was expecting, but suffice to say my expectations were far exceeded and I will absolutely be back! Thanks a mill to everyone for a really fab evening.
