Un proyecto joven que surgió durante la pandemia en la calle de Frontera 179, bajo el nombre de Casa Balandra, evoluciona a Pascal; un lugar más sofisticado con los mismos principios, donde buscamos promover el valor de la materia prima, así como la procedencia y elaboración de cada uno de los alimentos. Pascal ofrece un menú de la mano del chef Bryan Balandra donde busca fusionar la técnica francesa con ingredientes locales. El enfoque y percepción de Pascal ofrece una cocina abierta donde eres atendido por el chef y su equipo, lo cual brinda una experiencia diferente dentro de la Ciudad de México.

El restaurante tiene puntos a favor y en contra: - la reserva fue hecha para tres personas dentro del restaurante, tuvimos que sentarnos a fuera porque no había una mesa para 3, quisieron acomodar una mesa para 2 y convertirla en 3. - solicitamos cuando se liberara una interna nos movieran nunca pasó. - no había suficiente personal para atender a todos los clientes. -comida tenía un buen sabor, porciones pequeñas. - ensalada de lechugas asadas muy rica -postres no son para compartir muy pequeños tomarlo en cuenta si vas con amigos.

Bad experience over Valentine’s Day. The food was cold, bland, came very late. We probably ordered the wrong things (paté, grilled lettuce, ravioles, pulpo) because nothing was noteworthy (the octopus was good, but typical). They must have been understaffed today but didn’t make up for it at all - we had to order multiple times, ask for our plates to be taken away, were handed wine glasses with leftover wine already in them… we just wanted to get out of there as quickly as we could. Skip this spot and go to the taco stand outside of Sumesa instead.

Excellent food preparation with interesting combinations of flavors. We created our own “tasting “ menu that was vegetable and fish forward. Every dish was interesting. Our only complaint was the volume of the music. I highly recommend this restaurant for fine dining!

Good was well prepared but uninspiring. Could have been anywhere and certainly not as exciting as Mexico. The Bichot Morgon is without personality, a match for the cuisine.
